Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, the whole bunches are crushed and then left to cool for two days to bring out as much flavor as possible. Then the natural fermentation begins. The wine has been in French oak barrels for 10 months and underwent malolactic fermentation.

Description: Beautiful golden yellow. A full-bodied wine with lots of fruit, citrus, papaya, pineapple and passion fruit. Well-integrated cask character with butterscotch and roasted almonds. Balanced acidity and a lovely long fruity and nutty finish.

Recommendations: Served at 10-12 degrees. To drink now or within 5 years. Wonderful with grilled fish, chicken, pork and vegetarian dishes.
