D'Aria Winery dates back to the late 1600s the number. With its location only 10 km from the Atlantic coast
the grapes gets cool at night and enough moisture to not artificially irrigated and lots of sun during the day too perfect ripeness.
Vinification: The grapes are handpicked and once more sorted to bring out the very best grapes for the wine. Fermented in small steel tanks with controlled oxygen intake and have had to lie on their dishes for a day to get out as much aroma as possible.
Description: A light yellow wine with slightly green edges. Typical cold grown. Sauvignon Blanc, fresh wine with gooseberries, elderberries and
passion fruit. High acidity with wonderful long fruity and grassy finish.
Recommendations: Served approx. 8 degrees. To be drunk now but can be stored another couple of years.
A lovely companion wine or enjoy
that with asparagus in all its forms, risotto, seafood and boiled/poached fish is also an unbeatable match.
