Cantina di Verona is located just northeast of the city Verona and produces high quality wines such as
Amarone della Valpolicella, Recioto della Valpolicella, Valpolicella DOC Ripasso Valpolicella, Soave, Bardolino, Pinot Grigio and other white and red wines IGT/DOC/DOCG.
 
Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and then gently pressed
in temperature-controlled tanks. Fermentation begins after a short maceration of a few hours.
 
Description: Light straw yellow. A dry, light and fruity wine. Pears, greens
apples, slightly aromatic with hints of minerality. Balanced acidity with medium fruity finish.
 
Recommendations: Served at 8-10 degrees. This wine is ready to drink now, but can also be stored for another 1-2 years. Enjoy it together with light fish dishes, salads and cuts or just as it is.
