Vinification: The vineyard works according to "organic farming", the grapes are 100% handpicked and specially selected for this wine from
several vineyard locations. The soil is clay and limestone. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Description: Full-bodied and aromatic white wine. Grape-typical and spicy taste with hints of lychee, passion fruit, pineapple, honey and Mango.
Recommendations: Served at 8-10 degrees. This wine is ready to drink
now, but can also be stored for another 3-5 years. Enjoy it together with light meat preferably with Asian elements spicy heat and sweetness, duck liver, onion herring, or the like
companion drink.
