MOLD is a family-owned winery that dates back 80 years the time. Today, the family makes fantastic wines with it traditional grapes and MOLD have also been awarded NÖ Wine Gold.

Vinification: The grapes are handpicked and specially selected for this wine from several vineyard locations with different types of soil. The grapes are then pressed in whole bunches maceration for 4 hours and then fermentation in steel tank.


Description: Light lemon yellow.

A light and fresh wine with lots of fruit
and minerality. Citrus tones are mixed with apples, white peaches and deep mineral notes, wonderfully balanced.
Surprisingly long and lovely fruity aftertaste.

Recommendations: Served approx. 8-10 degrees. To be drunk now or saved in one couple of years.

A wonderful companion wine that is also complete fantastic with seafood, fish stew, salads and asparagus.
