Bodegas Riojanas also has a vineyard in Rueda with 100 year-old vines (80%) mixed with 40-year-old vines (20%), which they produce fantastic wines using modern technology. All grapes are handpicked during the night and the wines are produced in the vineyard.

Vinification: Maceration and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks steel tanks for maximum fruit and freshness.

Description: Light straw yellow with slightly green edges. A dry, lovely one
tasty and complex wine with yellow fruits, spicy and with a little floweriness. White-peach, apricot and citrus mixed with some minerals and a certain scent of lilies. Balanced acidity with a wonderful fruity and spicy termination.
 
Recommendations: Served at 8 - 10 degrees. This wine should be drunk within a couple of years. A fantastic wine that goes with most things require more flavor, meaty salads with air-dried ham, grilled fish or why not with a tasty pork or lamb stew.
