Vinification: The grapes come from different plant positions with vines from different ages. Chenin Blanc is the oldest vine in the wine with low yield but with very concentrated fruit. The wine has matured for 8 months in French oak barrels.

Description: Beautiful golden yellow. A full-bodied wine with lots of fruit, citrus, pear and a little floral. Well-integrated cask character with honey and toast. Balanced acidity and a lovely long fruity and nutty finish.

Recommendations: Served at about 10 degrees. To drink now or within 5 years. Wonderful with grilled fish, chicken, pork and vegetarian.

Also suitable for tasty Asian dishes.
