Cantina di Verona is located just northeast of the city Verona and produces high quality wines such as
Amarone della Valpolicella, Recioto della Valpolicella, Valpolicella DOC Ripasso Valpolicella, Soave, Bardolino, Pinot Grigio and other white and red wines IGT/DOC/DOCG.

Vinification: The grapes are carefully picked by hand and then air-dried them for 4 months, which results in 40% of the weight disappears. Maceration takes place during 20 days.


Description: Deep ruby ​​red. A full-bodied wine with lots of fruit, plums, dark cherries mixed with a little chocolate notes, sweet almond and a certain pepperiness. Soft rounded tannins with balanced acidity and lovely long fruity finish. Very generous wine.

Recommendations: Served at 16-18 degrees. This wine is ready to can be drunk now, but can also be stored for another 10-15 years.
Drink it together with meat dishes with musty side dishes, tasty game stews or grilled with root vegetables.
Also works very well with aged hard cheeses with good salt and blue cheese with marmalade.
