Famille Hauller vineyards in Alsace are located around the villages of Dambach-La-Ville and in Soultzmatt, in the famous Vallée Noble south of Strasbourg. The traditions that winemakers go back to 1776. Since then the family has practiced the purity of granitic the terroirs of Dambach-La-Ville and Blienschwiller. Famille Hauller produces 3 of the 51 Grand Cru in Alsace.

Vinification: The winery works with minimal use of pesticides which is an alternative between conventional farming and organic farming. The grapes are 100% handpicked and specially selected for this wine from
several vineyard locations with unique granite soil. Fermentation in
temperature controlled steel tank.

 

Description: Light yellow with light green shades. Elegant, dry and fresh Riesling with hints of lemon, grapefruit, pear, and white flowers.
Long fruity and wonderfully mineral finish.

 

Recommendations: Served at 8-10 degrees. This wine is ready to drink now, but can also be stored for another 3-5 years. Enjoy it together with fish, seafood dishes or light meat.
